Three reasons to take the Go Mountain Bike Orientation course
10 October 2017
This course is a one day orientation which enables successful candidates to deliver Go Mountain Bike (GoMTB).
Go MTB is a mountain bike proficiency course covering four themes: riding skills; first aid; being independent and self-supporting; and sharing the outdoors.
The Go Mountain Bike Orientation allows you to deliver the Go Mountain Bike resources, and here are three reasons why you should!
- Build on existing qualifications. The course is for current mountain bike instructors holding a Cycling UK, MIAS, MBLA or British Cycling leadership qualification.
- Become an approved instructor. Successful candidates will be approved to deliver Go MTB at either Level 3 or Level 5, depending upon their personal skills and previous qualifications.
- It won’t break the bank. The 1-day orientation course costs between £70 -£150, depending on the provider delivering the course. A private course can be organised for up to 8 participants at a cost of £500.
